Igual estaban intentando actualizar a BIS 2.8 ¿?. Aunque creo que el serivicio BIS no cayó, sino que por lo visto había un retraso en la entrega de correos y no se podían integrar cuentas o validarse en las cuentas de BIS.
Por cierto ¿Alguien notó el apagón?
